Where is your Honey from?
Billy's award winning honey is produced from hives located in Southern Maryland, at locations including a vegetable farm and a historic estate. Billy personally harvests and bottles the honey he collects from these hives and sells it direct to you.

Each item will have the Lead Time on their product detail page. Most products will ship by the next Business Day.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we do not ship internationally.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS or UPS depending upon your location. Shipping charges are based on weight and location. You can see your estimated shipping charge in the shopping cart by clicking the estimate shipping button. Tracking numbers are sent to you via email at time of shipment and uploaded to your account here.

Besides Honeybees, do you take care of Carpenter Bees, Hornets, Wasp, or Yellow Jackets?
Honey bees are the only insect partner that humans manage, so Billy cannot take away or "re-home" other species. He can, however, identify what you have and help you asses whether or not you need to take action, and what your options might be. We would suggest that you can leave them alone! Many such species are very beneficial in keeping other pests in check!
We have a Honeybee swarm. Can you remove them?
Yes, if you are in the Metro Washington, DC area, please contact us. It also helps to take a picture and send it so we are sure to bring everything we need for a quick solution!
We have a Honeybees living in a Wall. Can you remove them?
If you are in the Metro Washington, DC area, please contact us. We can both remove bees from many kinds of structures. Each removal of this kind is different, so we may need to visit you to offer an estimate in advance of removal.
